Why go with Precast Panels? From the largest infrastructure projects to the smallest architectural details, precast is one of the most versatile and sustainable building materials available for today’s fast-paced, environmentally conscious construction. Precast Concrete products can withstand the most extreme weather conditions and will last for many decades of constant usage. Mountain View Precast Panels are all poured and cured inside; therefore we are not dependent on weather conditions and can work all year round; hereby providing our customers with the fastest service possible.

Why Go Precast Concrete?

01

Strength

  •  While other materials deteriorate, lose strength and deflect over time, concrete continues to grow stronger over time.

  •  The amount of weight the panels can handle depends on the structural quality of the panel itself, and does not rely on the quality or strength of the surrounding backfill materials.

03

Lower Lifetime Costs

  • Precast wall systems are resilient to all weather systems and enable efficient and cost effective climate control.

  • Due to the nature of concrete, maintenance and repair costs are significantly lower.

  • The longevity of concrete saves building replacement costs.

05

Staying Power

  •  Studies have shown that Precast Concrete Products can last over 100 years, providing an excellent service life. This is important when calculating the life-cycle costs for a project.

  •  Although no material is completely immune to the attack from aggressive chemical agents, Precast Concrete Products do resist most substances and can often be designed to resist corrosion with specific applications.

07

  • Precast concrete and other materials contribute to LEED points by providing performance and properties that are measured by the LEED rating system. The use of precast concrete can contribute to multiple LEED points, depending on the specific project.

Easy Installation

  • Accelerated Building Construction (ABC) rapidly closes the building envelope and is not as dependent on weather or other factors.

  • Unlike conventional wall systems, which can take weeks or months to put up, and can tie up the job site, precast walls can be installed in as little as a few days freeing up the site for other trades. This results in efficient use of construction site time and space.

Get The Job Done Fast

  • Since all panels are made off-site before project install, there are few time delays. This combined with quick install times accelerates project completion time as compared with non-ABC's.
