Precast Finishes

Precast buildings don’t have to be plain, solid and gray. Mountain View Precast offers a number of finishes to help your building stand out and match your vision.

Revealed Finish

A revealed finish or demarcation feature is a groove or a step in a panel face generally used to create the desired architectural effect. Another name for it is rustication or false joint.

Form Liner Finish

Form liners are the liners used in the preparation of designs on concrete walls. The use of form liners results in more attractive walls for houses, shops, barns, privacy fences, etc. Form liners come in many different shapes and designs, and can produce a variety of different results on concrete.

Exposed Aggregate Finish

An exposed aggregate finish utilizes concrete made with small rocks/pea gravel. Once concrete has hardened, the cement layer is removed, revealing the raw rock beneath, while still maintaining all the typical benefits of unexposed concrete.

Smooth / Painted Finish

A simple, smooth finish that can be customized with unique paint colours to add impact to your build and set it apart.
