Sandwich Precast Panels
Sandwich panels contain thermal insulation placed between two wythes of concrete. Composite connectors make both faces work together for an insulated structural panel. Combined with sealed joints at the inner and outer faces, the assembly provides a windproof building envelope that is air and vapor proof, as well as impervious to rain/snow/water on both faces. Various types and thicknesses of insulation are available to meet your insulating needs. Various fire ratings can also be achieved.

Solid Strucutral Walls
A solid precast concrete panel has the properties necessary to make an excellent structural building shell, with similar advantages as sandwich panels. These offer you the flexibilty to customize either the interior or exterior of your building with steel, wood, or some other building material. These walls can also be built for various fire resistance ratings.

Hollowcore is an extremely durable construction product for floor and roof systems with typical span ranging from 20-50 feet*, offering an exceptional lifespan through resistance to corrosion and cracking, as well as having fire and acoustic restistance. Slabs can be cantilevered for balconies and overhangs, and are also suitable for in/under floor heating and insulating.

Grade Beams
Precast grade beams allow for a quick foundation set-up. With precast, panels are straight, level and square, reducing issues with the further construction process. We can supply grade beams of various lengths and sizes for your structural needs.
